We are absolutely sure in our products quality, and we give two years warranty for all our phones. Please note, that no one can offer the same. If something will happen, we will repair your phone free of charge within this 30 days on terms of full observance of operating rules.
We have right to refuse guarantee repairing and service if the following conditions will happen:
- LuxMobiles.com is not responsible for any shipping or customs phone damages since this is outside our control. The product can be returned only if you have photographic proof that the product arrived damaged from courier service. Please pay attention to the fact, that it is better to package when you take it from from courier. if you will find some damages on phone, please, make the clear photo of damaged phone and its serial number and send it to us. Only in such case we will change broken model to the new one.
- The phone was used mishandled or used in a manner that would harm it (dropped, struck, etc.).
- Phone has some traces (marks) of outside penetration from repair attempt (scratches, cuttings or other injuries that show attempts of opening phone). Please, dont try to repair it by yourself.
- Marks of mechanic damages or hits are presist on phone, casual operation (display is broken, keys are missing, there are some hard dents and holes on phone's case).
- The phone had damages from temperature (too high or too low for this cellphone model, penetration of water, dust, mud, as a result of ignoring our instructions).
- If repair is imposible, we will send you a replacement of the same model. If that model is currently out of stock, you can wait for stock's update or just choose another product with same price.
Here are some general care tips for keeping your Vertu replica in good condition:
